Building an effective team I had many coaches in my sports career, and worked with many leaders in my business career. A successful trait is calmness under pressure, and compassion when times are hard. A good leader knows what they want from you, but lets you do it. When developing your team, it’s important to look at the whole person of each team member. Every person brings a unique perspective matched with a unique skill set. The growing business-need for problem solving abilities in teams Get a practical grounding in the science and economics of climate change, examine the business risks and analyse corporate decarbonisation strategies. Teams also need the right mix and number of members, optimally designed tasks and processes, and norms that discourage destructive behavior and promote positive dynamics. Remember that every team is different, with its own unique nuances and dynamics. Allow proactive feedback to serve as your team’s greatest enabler for continuous improvement. Fu
